HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

To ensure your order will be shipped out the same day, please place your order by 2pm, from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on the weekend. Unless the product is a made to order item, your order will be dispatched latest within 2 business days from the date of the receipt of the order. We shall notification when your order is packed and also when it is shipped. 

DO YOU OFFER RETURN/EXHANGE ON YOUR FOOTWEAR?

Yes, we do. It entitles you to return your order on account for up to 15 days from the date of delivery. To avail the service, please ensure that your specified reason for replacement is covered under the terms and condition under our warranty. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS?

We off delivery on all days of the week but we ship only from Monday -Saturday between 9 AM -5 PM.  

WHAT ALL PAYMENT MODES ARE AVAILABLE?

You can choose from the following methods of payment when shopping with us:

  • Credit card/Debit card - Payment via all credit/debit card is available
  • Internet Banking - Pay on our website using Net Banking Facility

HOW DOES THE REFUND PROCESS WORK?

The process for refund is simple and hassle free and is usually completed in 10-12 working days form receipt of the articles in our warehouse. Post a successful quality check, we process the refunds. CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES AT CHECKOUT?

Yes, you can use the discount codes at the cart and checkout page. Kindly note as per company's policy you can only use one coupon code.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If any size of a product or any product that you like that has gone out stock, you can write to us at support@peachflores.com and we will try our best to arrange or notify you once the items get back in stock
