Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging your Peach Flores products to prevent damage. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer an easy exchange process.
Raise an Exchange Request: Contact us at sales@peachflores.com or call +91 9897630509. Kindly include clear pictures of the damaged product.
Exchange Process: We will arrange a reverse pick-up. After a quality check at our warehouse, we will dispatch the exchange at no extra cost.
Conditions: Exchanges are only processed if the product is defective or damaged. Used or unsellable items are not eligible.
Exchange Policy
If you’ve received a product and need a size change, we offer an easy exchange policy.

Process: We will arrange a reverse pick up once from our side.
If the customer wishes to exchange the product again,
then the customer will have to ship the product by themselves.
Window: Exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Note: We cannot accept exchanges for used, damaged, or unsellable products
Charges: The cost of exchange request is ₹ 100, which will be deducted from your refund.
Returns Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are allowed on any item.
Exchange / Store Credit: Once approved, customers will receive an exchange or store credit of the full amount.
Store Credit Validity: Store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Charges: A return handling fee of ₹100 will be applicable and deducted from the issued store credit.
