Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging your Peach Flores products to prevent damage. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer an easy exchange process.
Raise an Exchange Request: Contact us at support@peachflores.com or call +91 9897630509. Kindly include clear pictures of the damaged product.
Exchange Process: We will arrange a reverse pick-up. After a quality check at our warehouse, we will dispatch the exchange at no extra cost.
Conditions: Exchanges are only processed if the product is defective or damaged. Used or unsellable items are not eligible.

If you’ve received a product and need a size change, we offer an easy exchange policy.
Size Exchange: We will exchange sizes at no additional cost.

Process: We will arrange a reverse pick-up. After a successful quality check, we will dispatch the new product.
Note: We cannot accept exchanges for used, damaged, or unsellable products.
Returns Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Window: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging. Used or damaged items will not be refunded.
Refund: Once approved, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.
Refund Policy
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10–12 working days after return is received and approved.
Method: Prepaid order refunds go to the original payment method. COD order refunds are via Store Credit, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
Shipping Charges: Shipping is non-refundable unless the product is defective.
