SHIPPING & DELIVERY: dia.
Your orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours business days after receiving your order.
Peach Flores, accepts 2 kinds of orders on it website depending on the mode of payment.
- Cash on Delivery Orders - order payment made when order is delivered.
- Prepaid Orders - payment made via online mediums like Credit/Debit card, Netbanking, UPI and Wallets at the time of placing an order on the website.
CHARGES:
For both Prepaid order, Peach Flores DOES NOT charge any fee, however for all Cash on Delivery/Pay on Dleivery order, there is a Shipping & Handling charge of INR 100.
Peach Flores reserves the right to charge fees for Shipping and delivery in future.
CASH ON DELIVERY:
We provide the cash on delivery service, where our courier partners have the provisions to allow such a form of collection. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when you check out on your purchase, based on which you may or may not get a COD option.
Please keep in mind the points stated below-
- Cash-on-Delivery order is processed upon verification by our operation team either via SMS or phone call.
- Shipping pin code provided should be in the serviceable area of the above mentioned logistic service.
- Do not accept to open the product to see and check or to return at the time of delivery.
- No credit card/debit card/cheque/demand draft is accepted in COD delivery, only Cash is accepted.
- In case of Refunds of COD orders, only the product amount is refunded and not the delivery and shipping charges
PREPAID ORDER:
These are the type of orders that are placed when the payment of the order is made online via Credit/Debit card, Netbanking, UPI or any Wallet.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After the order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the order and shipment details. You can view the shipment status online from Track Order by entering the order id.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA
Currently, Peach Flores does not offer Shipping outside of India.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
DAMAGED GOODS;
Peach Flores shall accept the exchange of the products without any questions asked in case a customer receives a damaged or defective product.
Customers need to raise the exchange request at support@peachflores.com or by calling us at +91 9897630509 with pictures of the damaged product.
Peach Flores shall arrange a reverse pick up of the damaged product and upon receipt of the same in it's warehouse and post Quality inspection, shall dispatch the exchange of the product.
Peach Flores shall not entertain exchange in case the products are in used condition.
EXCHANGE:
Peach Flores offers size change of the delivered product if the customers face size issues without any additional cost.
Customers need to raise the exchange request at support@peachflores.com.
Peach Flores shall arrange a reverse pick up of the damaged product and upon receipt of the same in it's warehouse and post Quality inspection, shall dispatch the exchange of the product.
No exchange shall be entertained of goods are damaged or in used condition.
In case the products received do not pass the quality test, Peach Flores shall not entertain any exchange or Return of the product and hence no refunds. In this case, customers can get the "returned" product back at an additional cost of Shipping that shall be charged as per actuals.
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Peach Flores website, Please share the Return/Exchange request at help at support@peachflores.com or alternatively can raise the return request by calling us at +91 9897630509.
Returns and Exchanges can be made within 7 days post receipt of your order. No Return and Exchanges shall be entertained post 7 days of receipt of the order.
- Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any). bill, and any other material that came along with the product.
- Please ensure that you place the Return/Exchange request within 7 days of receipt of the order.
- The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.
REFUNDS:
Your full refund ( postage as per above ) will be processed within 10-12 working days of us receiving the product within the stipulated 5 days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse.
A full refund for prepaid orders shall be done in the source account or Store Credit while that of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund of only the items purchased in the order will be done and not the Shipping and Handling charge of the order. The refund shall be done via Store Credit, UPI or Bank Account only.
In case your product fails to reach us within the time or there is some other issue, we will advise and provide you whatever best assistance our customer care is capable of.
