I’m extremely disappointed with the customer support experience I’ve had with your company.
The person handling WhatsApp support at [****] has been very unresponsive and, when contacted, was quite rude. When I asked for an update, I was told that she has “a lot of work” and would respond when she gets time. That kind of response is very discouraging for a customer who is simply trying to get help.
In addition, my emails have also gone unanswered, which makes it feel like there is no proper support system in place.
For an e-commerce business, customer service is extremely important. Unfortunately, my experience has made me feel that customers are being taken for granted. I hope the owner, Radhika, becomes aware of these issues and takes steps to improve the responsiveness and professionalism of the support team.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better customer support for future customers.
